DO YOU HAVE AN AGE LIMIT?

Must bring proof of age 21+.


WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY TOUR?

Our tours often sell out. We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance of your expected tour date to secure the one you want. If you don't see the one you want, just check back; we add new tours every few weeks and schedule about 4 months in advance.


I NEED TO PURCHASE TICKETS. HOW DO I BOOK A TOUR?

Just book on the online calendar using the purchase tickets option. Then bring your voucher ticket and receipt to the tour as proof of purchase.  


I ALREADY PAID.  HOW DO I BOOK A TOUR?

Just book on the online calendar using the already paid option. Then bring your voucher ticket and receipt to the tour as proof of purchase.  

 

WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED ON THE TOUR?

Every tour includes free snacks, water, and a restaurant coupon to use after the tour. 2018-2019 season tours include a full pizza meal served at one of the stops-vegetarian option provided. The tour stops will also have food available for purchase.   Some coupons require additional food purchase. 


DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?

No, the breweries/distilleries/wineries we visit provide alcohol. We are responsible for outfitting your day, transporting you to and from, and educating you about craft beer/spirits/wine. It is your responsibility to know your limit.


ARE THE TASTING FEES INCLUDED?

No, tasting fees are an additional charge that are collected the day of the tour. Tasting fees range from $5-8 per stop, or about $20 for the tour day.


DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?

Vouchers are non-refundable, but they are transferable.


ARE TOUR STOPS SUBJECT TO CHANGE?

Yes. While we usually stick to the schedule, tour stops can change subject to circumstances beyond our control.  Tour deals can change seasonally.


I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED A TOUR. CAN I RESCHEDULE?

Reschedules are allowed with 7 days advance notice.  Just email us and let us know which date you want to cancel. Then rebook a new date online.  Only 1 reschedule allowed.


CAN I BRING COOLERS ON THE BUS?

No coolers allowed.
